Rejected File Requests
If either a File In or File Out request is rejected following the review process, the TILDA team will do their best to convey the reasons why to the user. All files may be rejected or just some files in the request. You will receive an email notification which may also contain a message from the reviewer.
If a request is rejected it is the responsibility of the user to amend the file to make it appropriate for approval. This will likely be to remove some data contained within the file which is deemed identifiable or disaggregated. This will not be done by the TILDA team.
If a user believes that a request should have been approved they can contact the TILDA team for discussion. However the TILDA team reserve the right to not approve requests.
