Murilo Dias

Responsible for maintaining and enhancing the health assessment software to provide real-time feedback graphic reports to study participants, ultimately displaying data in user-friendly interface for real-time analysis and visualization. His work also focuses on improving system architecture and software reliability, integrating data from multiple medical devices, and supporting researchers and clinicians with seamless access to participant data.

Through this role, he supports TILDA’s mission of delivering high-quality, data-driven insights to inform policy and improve understanding of ageing in Ireland.

Prior to joining TILDA, Murilo worked on the Digital Repository of Ireland (DRI) project at Trinity College Dublin, contributing to the preservation and accessibility of humanities and cultural heritage data. Earlier, during his time at Zendesk, he gained valuable experience in the fast-paced environment of a global private multinational company, collaborating on software solutions that supported large-scale operations. Before transitioning fully into software development, Murilo built a strong foundation as an electrical and project engineer, managing technical projects, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and delivering engineering solutions within complex construction environments.
