Ms Niamh Clarke is the TILDA- Health Cognitive Ageing Project (HCAP) Project Manager.
TILDA-HCAP is part of an ongoing international research collaboration that seeks to measure and understand dementia risk by conducting cognitive and neuropsychological assessments.TILDA-HCAP will begin in 2021 and we look forward to inviting TILDA participants to be part of this exciting study.
Niamh joined TILDA in October 2019 after spending the past 5 years at Trinity College Dublin and St. James's Hospital Dublin, coordinating national and international health research projects. She was awarded a B.Sc. in Nutraceuticals for Health and Nutrition from Dublin Institute of Technology in 2012 and subsequently completed an M.Sc. in Healthcare Infection Management in Trinity College Dublin in 2013. Niamh is also a certified Data Protection Practitioner and leads on data protection matters for the TILDA team. Her key interests involve ethical, legal and social implications of research. She has provided specialist workshops on data protection, research ethics and biobanking. Niamh is passionate about increasing PPI in research.
